30-Day Return Policy

Support All Causes takes great pride in the product lines that we have created. It is very important that at you are satisfied with everything you purchase from us. Customer service is number one to us so we are more than happy to accept returns or exchanges on items that are in the original packaging and new with all tags attached.  Please note that these items must be returned to us within 30 days of the date of purchaseAny items that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanging an Item

Support All Causes is always happy to assist customers with exchanges.  We realize that ordering online can create some difficulty with accurate sizing, colors, etc.  When contacting us about exchanging an item, please list the item(s)  you would like to receive in exchange for the returned ones.  We will be happy to adjust your total, if necessary, and send the products out at our expense in a prompt and timely manner.

Returning a Defective or Damaged Item

Sometimes, in spite of our best efforts, a defective, damaged or incorrect item gets sent out.  When this happens, please contact us immediately at 256-361-9547 or via email returns@supportallcauses.org.  To expedite the process, we ask that you have your order number available as well as the details of the problem.  We will be happy to send a pre-paid shipping label for you to use to return the item to us for a replacement or a full refund.
